We carry out regular audits of our services and are assessed externally by Denplan Excel and the local Authority Our NHS provision cannot be altered according to the terms of the contract since 2006 i.e., we are not able to take on new adults except on a private basis. We have a small NHS children’s contract that allows us to see a limited number of children.

Class 4- how we make decisions

As a small business, formal records of management decisions are normally recorded, however, any changes in the provision of services would be incorporated into, or as a supplementary insert to our patient welcome folder, which can be obtained from reception. We may also notify patients in our reception area.
We constantly strive to help our patients have access to the best and most appropriate type of dental care. We will always seek to provide you with information which relates to you and will ensure that this is given in a timely manner in a format that you can understand.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at any time, never feel that you must make a hurried decision.
We also have information leaflets available relating to tooth decay, gum disease diet, head neck and shoulder pain and other information leaflets.
Information which relates to your own personal treatment will be recorded in your record and will not be made available to any other person than those professionals treating you or yourself by written request.
